| RNAO- Advanced Clinical/Practice Fellowship Request-for-Proposal | | | The Advanced Clinical/Practice Fellowship Request-for-Proposal (RFP) has been issued! Will you be applying?
The Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO), through ongoing funding from the Government of Ontario, continues to develop, coordinate, evaluate and lead a program of Advanced Clinical/Practice Fellowships for Nurses (ACPF). This program aims to impact patient care and enhance nursing care at your organization.Funding of up to $13,000 is provided from the RNAO with the Sponsor Organization contributing $5,000. This funding allows a nurse to spend 12-20 weeks (full or part time) doing work on a project or personal learning initiative that will benefit their practice setting. All fellowships must take place between April 1, 2010 and February 28, 2011. The deadline for the ACPF proposal submission is Friday, January 22, 2010 at 4 PM. Applicants will be notified of decisions by March 17, 2010.Fellowship proposals can focus on the development of clinical, leadership or best practice guideline implementation skills. An online application guide and proposal instructions offer step by step progression of how to plan a fellowship and develop a clear, successful proposal.
