Health care transformation is taking place right now in Ontario in no small part due to the advanced practice role of Nurse Practitioners.  As we move forward with integrating nurse practitioners into our healthcare system, we are still challenged to engage front-line partners, overcome policy barriers and be leaders of the collaboration. 

This conference aims to address how this can be done, along with highlighting the advances we are making in NP-led clinics, meeting the ED/ALC challenge, and leading the example for what a patient-centered, flexible, interprofessional model looks like in a real setting.
